What this site collects, and what we do with it

01Who is responsible

DYNCORE Integration, based in Santiago, Chile, is responsible for the data described here. For any question or request about your data, write to hola@dyncore.cl — a person answers.

02If you write to us through the form

This is the only part of the site where you hand over data deliberately. We receive whatever you fill in: name, email, company if you add it, project type and the message itself.

We use it to reply and to talk about the project. Nothing else. You are not subscribed to a newsletter or added to any mailing list: if we ever run one, you will have to ask for it.

Delivery is handled by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our inbox and does not use it for anything else. We keep the conversation for as long as the commercial contact lasts and a reasonable period after, in case you come back. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

03Site analytics

We run Umami on our own server, not Google Analytics. It sets no cookies, creates no identifier that follows you between visits, and cannot track you across other sites.

What gets recorded describes the visit, not the person: which page you opened, where you arrived from, browser, operating system, device type, screen size and approximate country.

We also measure how long the page takes to appear and to respond. That exists so we can catch the site getting slow and fix it.

04Session replay

It runs on the same Umami as the section above, so it inherits exactly the same terms: no cookies, no identifier that follows you between visits, and nothing that reveals who you are. Nobody watches a recording and sees a person; they see an anonymous visit.

What does get recorded is the path: what you clicked, how far you scrolled and which sections you looked at. It is there to find where the page confuses people, which is the one thing no aggregate statistic can tell us.

What you type into the contact form is excluded. Name, email, company and message are masked in the code, so the content never reaches the recording even if you type something and then think better of it. That text only reaches us if you press send.

A content blocker switches it off entirely without breaking the site.

05What stays in your browser

If you switch between the dark and light theme, that preference is stored on your own device under the name dyncore-theme. It is not a cookie, it never travels to a server, and it disappears when you clear your browser data.

06Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps the technical logs any web server keeps — IP address, time of the visit and the resource requested — to run the service and defend it against abuse.

07Your rights

Under Chilean law 19.628 on the protection of private life, you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or object to our using it.

Write to hola@dyncore.cl. There are no forms or procedures to go through: we answer within the legal deadlines and, in practice, well before them.

08Changes to this policy

This page is a notice, not a contract: there is nothing to accept and no box to tick, because the site asks you for no account and stores nothing that depends on your consent.

If the text changes, the date in the header changes with it. We do not edit it silently.

And if something material ever changes — if we start collecting something new, or sharing data with a third party — we write to the people who already contacted us, at the address they used. We do not treat a change as accepted just because someone visited the site again.
